Events: There's A Storm Brewing By The Fireside This Weekend At Games On

Update: This weekend’s event is hosted by Games On with Weekly Level Up and they can now announce that Rectron and PowerPlay Energy Drink have come on board to sponsor the event. It’s great to see sponsors of this caliber coming on board with local tournaments and I hope their continued support for the local scene means some healthy growth for the scene.

Lok-Narash! Are you ready for Games On’s first tournament of 2016? I hope you are as they’re sending you into the Nexus and seating you by the hearth for a Hearthstone Fireside Gathering as well as a Heroes of The Storm 5v5 tournament.

There will will be some healthy competition as well as some decent prize support for the event so you better bring your A game. Even though Heroes of The Storm doesn’t seem to be getting tournament support from some of the larger names in local eSports, it’s great to see Games On have stepped up and are hosting what looks to be an awesome event for competitive fans of Blizzard’s games.
