eSports Press Release: The QueenE Tour Of South Africa Has Been Cancelled

If you were looking forward to seeing QueenE in the coming days you’re unfortunately a bit out of luck. The once professional StarCraft 2 player was meant to be landing at 22h00 tonight in South Africa but it looks like those unforeseen circumstances struck once again. Someone really needs to sort whatever these ‘unforeseen circumstances’ are, they seem to happen to every cancelled event.

QueenE announced in her vlog yesterday, along with the news of a nasty fall, that she would no longer be making her way to South Africa.

The press release she speaks of is the one below but it doesn’t really say all too much about why the trip was cancelled or what exactly the plan is going forward. While there are no concrete statements on why the trip was cancelled, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. It always seemed a little strange that QueenE, who is partnered with Green Man Gaming, was being brought to SA by the MSSA in partnership with G2A, who are technically Green Man Gaming’s competition. Hopefully there is another press release that will clarify the whole situation.

This is a most unfortunate turn of events for anyone who was looking forward to meeting with QueenE but these things happen. The sudden cancellation poses quite a questions and hopefully we’ll be able to report back with some sort of clarification soon.

Due to a number of unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, Emily ‘QueenE’ Krumlinde is no longer able to visit South Africa for the Development Programme nor for the Test Matches.
