eSports News: DGL Masters is ready to lock and load at rAge Cape Town

It’s a pretty big deal that rAge is finally coming to Cape Town. The Mother City is finally getting that massive expo loving. While most Capetonians are happy to just be able to experience that huge LAN and gaming experience rAge provides, there is a little something that was sorely missing. That was until it was announced that the DGL Masters will take place at rAge from 18-20 March in Cape Town.

Next will see some of the best South African MGO’s CS:GO teams compete in the first South African Major of 2016. This will all take place at the rAge Expo in Cape Town.

Anybody attending the expo will have full access to the Masters event which start at around 10 am on the 18th and will run for the duration of the expo. The eight competing teams will compete in an online event tonight in order to determine the events seeding.

This event looks to attract quite a bit of attention as it is going to showcase the best of the best of the local CS:GO competitive scene. This is also a pretty good way to start for the 2016 competitive, showing off the top level of local play will hopefully inspire those in open division to make the push to reach that level. It’s going to be exciting to watch so if you were looking for a reason to attend rAge next month you now have a reason you can’t miss it.
