Watching all this new DOOM footage has made me seriously miss Arena Shooters. There’s just something about frantically running around an arena trying to frag anyone in your way that we really haven’t been seeing all that much of recently. Thankfully DOOM is coming back soon to tide us over with that fast and frantic fun.
So if you’re in the beta this weekend I hope you’re having fun and if not, why not watch this latest trailer that’ll hopefully tide you over until release.
Follow the exploits of the DOOM Marine in this newly released, full-length live-action trailer!
Today also marks the start of DOOM ’s Closed Multiplayer Beta , which runs from March 31 – April 3 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. We recently released a series of gameplay videos to prep players for the game’s intense multiplayer action. Check them out here .
DOOM is under development at id Software, the studio that pioneered the first-person shooter genre and invented multiplayer Deathmatch. Relentless demons, impossibly destructive guns, and fast, fluid movement provide the foundation for intense, first-person combat – whether you’re obliterating demon hordes through the depths of Hell in the single-player campaign, or competing against your friends in numerous multiplayer modes. Expand your gameplay experience using DOOM SnapMap game editor to easily create, play, and share your content with the world.
DOOM will launch worldwide on May 13, 2016 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. For more information about the game please visit www.DOOM.com .

The best person to offer the worst opinion. Paul's interests include adding 100 hour JRPGs to his backlog and dark walks through dungeons. You'll probably find him rambling on about old man Nintendo or that crazy newfangled eSports thingy.
