rAge CT 2016: Unplug Yourself!

Board games are beautiful things that get us away from the screen and back to using the good ol’ imagination. With rAge Cape Town only one more day away ( can you smell the excitement?! ) it’s time to make room on your schedule for the Unplug Yourself Play Zone.

What can you expect at this year’s rAge?

Brace yourself for cards, board games and miniatures from local suppliers Skycastle Games , Blowfish Entertainment and Boardgames.co.za ! And you can get yourself decked out with official Unplug Yourself merchandise will be supplied by Quantum Gaming .

Boardgames.co.za has confirmed that their entire late 2015 catalogue will be on sale including best-sellers such as Settlers of Catan and Ticket to Ride. As a huge Terry Pratchett fan and a noob, I am super keen to check out Discworld .

The Geek Node team will be around testing out some of the newer games and no doubt getting our asses handed to us by 14-year-old kids. If you are a newbie to the board gaming world like me, never fear, there will always be super helpful people eager to show you the ropes.
