Video Game News: Binding Of Isaac Developers Teasing A New Game

The Binding of Isaac holds a special place in my heart. I don’t play the game as much, but I’m hooked on watching other people play the game and it’s endlessly enjoyable. The game has so much content and potential ways of playing the game that you can play it forever and never get bored. The game started a bit spartan in its first iteration, but the release of Binding of Isaac Rebirth made the game much better in every conceivable way.

Now the creator of the game, Edmund McMillen, has announced that they are developing a new game based on the game called The Legend of Bum-bo. For those unfamiliar, Bumbo is an item that you can pick up that’s a floating head that picks up coins. The more coins he picks up, the stronger he gets and in his final form he is pretty powerful. He’s a fan favourite and now he’s getting his own game.

There’s not much revealed about the game except that it will be a “turn based puzzle RPG type thingy thats randomly generated” as stated in the blog post for the announcement.
