Oh remasters, it seems we’ll never shake you. If we head into the next console generation then we might get remasters of remasters soon. People seem to be very against letting the past go, it seems.
This week’s hot remaster comes to us in the form of Resident Evil 5, one of the more contentous games in the Resident Evil franchise, next to Resident Evil 6. The remaster will include all the DLC, 1080p and improved frame-rates for the Xbox One and PS4.
The release date is slated for the 28th of June, so pretty soon. Personally I think it’s pretty pointless, but what the hell. It can’t hurt. Someone out there is excited to shoot the shit out of Ouroboros again, surely.
