Video Game News: Indigo Prophecy Is Coming To PS4

Or, Fahrenheit. They just had to make it more difficult for us gaming journalists huh? The classic Quantic Dream game headed by the estranged creative mind of David Cage was a cult hit back when it released in 2005 on the PS2. It was one of the first “interactive movie” games that have received widespread acclaim. It marked something unique that we could do within the medium of videogames with its unorthodox approach to narrative and even if it had its gameplay flaws, it was still an interesting title.

Now some of us millennials will get the chance to experience it for ourselves when it releases on the PS4 on the 17th of July. It will be a “1080p remaster”, but it will basically just be the version that released on Steam some time ago and not a fully fledged remaster of the actual game. It will be part of the gaggle of PS2 games that are available on the PS4 already that all have 1080p versions and trophy support.

It will retail for $15 like most of the PS2 titles on the PS4.
