Geek Node is getting a facelift

Afternoon Nodians

Some things have been happening in the background at Geek Node recently. Not all bad I assure you. We are just divising some plans to make Geek Node a more wholesome experience for you.

Some of the changes you can look forward to in the coming days includes brand new content types (not just Games, Movies, TV Series and Tech), but in actual fact we will be adding toys/action figures to our material as well. This will be in partnership with our friends over at The Dark Carnival .

They will of course be relaunching their website soon and we have a pleasant surprise for you once they do!

Next up in terms of changes is the way in which we deliver news. No longer will we be regurgitating news we find elsewhere on the internet, as so many other websites do. Instead we are working on a way to aggregate news from some fantastic sources, which will keep the site moving with all the latest news in all our chosen subject matter.

With all this free time opened up, we will instead be focusing all our energy on creating unique, wholesome content which you will likely not find anywhere else.

Expect more Editorials, Features (such as MJ’s excellent Top 5 Games articles), our ever popular podcasts (with a bit of a twist which we will announce later), and a new type of article where we will take a popular news item, throw it at our team and deliver a piece that highlights different opinions on it.

We are also in the process of building new partnerships to bring you a wider variety of reviews in every subject matter that we cover and the first of which will be going live in the coming week.

While we work out the kinks and get the new features and partnerships going, there will be a small dip in the content we post in the next few days, but for all intents and purposes we should be completely up and running soon.
