After several people complained bitterly that Fable III was strangely absent from the list of 104 games that launched in the initial Backwards Compatibility list yesterday, it seems that it has now mysteriously been added.

However, it seems that it hasn’t been “properly” added yet, so you may need to do a few things in order to access it. First, you need to own it, then you need to search for it in the Xbox One store, at which point you can download and play it, albeit at this stage only in Offline-mode as for some reason when you try to run it while connected, it’ll ask you to update, which inexplicably fails everytime.

Hopefully they will fix this and add it properly soon.
