Competition: Win 1 of 3 Kong - Skull Island Hampers!

The King of Monsters, King Kong is returning to the big screen soon in what promises to be one of the most epic outings of 2017 and to celebrate, Times Media Films and Geek Node have teamed up to put together 3 hampers of epic enough proportions to possibly match up to Kong himself.

What’s in the hamper?

Ear bud organiser,

Journal

T-shirt

1 Set of Double Tickets to see the movie, for you and a friend/partner

How To Enter

This has got to be one of our most fun competitions to date. After some brainstorming (and a brilliant idea by Contantine104 ) we’ve decided we want to test your creative prowess. Using Facebook Messenger’s Voice Note functionality, we want you guys to leave us a short voice note, sent to the Geek Node Facebook Page, depicting your best impression of King Kong’s Iconic Roar. Yep, you read that right. We want you to roar at us.

Here’s a step by step guide to make things simpler: (Note: This will only work on a smartphone with the Messenger App installed)

Like the Geek Node Page on Facebook.

Tap on the Message button below our Cover Image.

Tap and hold the Voice Note button (red recorder button) and record your roar.

Release and wait for us to read/see it.

Say hi and get to know us a little better.

Alternatively, if you don’t have a smartphone and you are still eager to enter, give us a shout and we can find an alternate way for you to get your very excellent (and we’re sure, very scary) roar to us.

Got it? Awesome. At the close of the competition the movie department here at Geek Node will deliberate together and decide which 3 entrants sent in the best roar and we will then announce our winners.

This competition will close on 13 March at 12pm with winners announced 24 hours later.

Rules

You need to be 13 years or older to enter this competition, as this movie is PG-13.

This competition is open to South African residents ONLY. No international entries will be accepted.

You may not enter this competition if you have won a Geek Node competition within the last 3 months. There have been some of you who has tried to enter despite this rule being in effect. Just know that if you do enter you will be disqualified. No offense guys, we are just trying to keep it fair.

Anyone may enter this competition, there are no restrictions based on job, skin colour, console/pc preference or sexual orientation.
