Events: Call of Duty Infinite launch at Mweb Gamezone

It is November again and that can mean only one thing: it is Call of Duty time!

Usually, the launch for arguably one of the biggest game franchises in the world is held in Gauteng, but this year Megarom, Mweb, Zombiegamer and Monster Energy Drinks teamed up to bring us Capetonians a Zombie infested, 80’s inspired event that put all other events this year to shame.

They went all out with spot prizes, a fantastic grand prize (PS4 Slim and Legacy edition COD IW) and even hired zombie actors that roamed the 80’ themed hallways. The Monster Energy drinks flowed freely (I might be able to sleep again in a week or two) and the competition between the 80’s heroes and Zombie horde was fierce.

The zombie horde won out, in the end, bagging the team a shot at the grand prize and finally an overall winner walked away with it! (lucky sod, hope you get lots of no scope 360’s!).
